To participate on the 5c55 platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria. If these conditions are not met, opening an account or using any service is not permitted.

1.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or older may register on 5c55 and participate in betting or casino games. You must state your age accurately when opening an account. 5c55 may request an ID card or other documents at any time to verify your age.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

5c55 provides services to users in Bangladesh. It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with the local laws of your area. If online gaming is prohibited where you reside, you must refrain from using the platform.

1.3 Legal Capacity

By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you have not been excluded from online gaming by any court order or any other reason.

To create a valid account on 5c55, the following rules must be followed.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorization, contact our support team immediately. 5c55 is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

2.4 Verification Process

5c55 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 5c55 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are processed by the following methods.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5c55 supports only the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital transaction service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Another reliable digital payment option.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

The mobile number used to make a deposit must be your own and must be registered with your account. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited, and 5c55 reserves the right to initiate an investigation into suspicious deposits.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:

• Your account has been fully verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The withdrawal amount is equal to or greater than the minimum limit of ৳500.
• The withdrawal is being made via the same method used to make the deposit.

5c55 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5c55 offers bonuses to its users. However, each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once.
• Funds received from a bonus cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• 5c55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the details of that promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

The 5c55 VIP program has four tiers, offering weekly cashback to regular and loyal members:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users move up to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyalty. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to VIP terms.

Both sports betting and casino games on 5c55 are governed by specific rules that apply to all users.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet will be considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the system. 5c55 is not responsible for incomplete bets caused by network issues or technical errors.

5.2 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be returned. However, different rules may apply for certain specific markets.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

A maximum payout limit is set for each market and event. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

5.4 Erroneous Odds

If abnormal or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 5c55 reserves the right to void those bets. Users who clearly attempt to take advantage of incorrect odds may have their account placed under investigation.

5.5 Special Sports Betting Rules

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports, please note that 5c55 only accepts bets on registered markets. All results are determined on the basis of independent data.

5c55 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform is secured by SSL encryption and is built on the principles of fair play.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

Our casino games use a verified Random Number Generator, which makes every outcome completely random and impartial. No player or external party can influence this process.

• Collusion (coordinated cheating among multiple players).

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members of the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information.

5c55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure by 5c55

An account may be closed without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Any pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been completely inactive for an extended period, 5c55 reserves the right to close the account with prior notice. Members will be informed in advance if the definition or policy on inactivity changes.

5c55 is an entertainment platform and our liability is limited in the following areas.

9.1 Service Availability

5c55 strives to ensure maximum uptime, however temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 5c55 is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

9.2 Gambling Risk

Online betting and casino games involve financial risk. 5c55 never guarantees that you will win. Your betting decisions are entirely your own and 5c55 is not liable for any losses.

9.3 Third-Party Services

Our platform features games from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe. 5c55 is not liable for the quality or performance of these third-party services.

11.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of any clause, 5c55's interpretation shall be considered final.
